HW has successfully delivered more than 60 sets of 5,000-80,000 TPA Phthalic Anhydride Reactor units. HW can also design and manufacture even larger Phthalic Anhydride Reactors according to Clients' needs.
HW Phthalic Anhydride Reactor unit is a non-standard equipment built with ASME material. It is filled with catalyst in the heat exchange tubes, which use molten salt as the refrigerant to bring out the heat generated by oxidation reaction. It is of shell and tube structure. The process gas goes through the tube side. The molten salt goes through the shell side. Auxiliary equipment is mounted on the outside.
In 2018, HW successfully delivered its first 80,000 TPA Phthalic Anhydride Reactor unit to client. It enabled the client to keep robust growth at agreeable margin and take a spectacular comback in post-COVID times.
In 2020, the market took a serious hit by the pandemic. However, HW managed to accomplish the performance of the second contract of its 80,000 TPA Phthalic Anhydride Reactor unit against all disruptions.
