HWCB developed LZB series vertical full automatic plate-frame press filter in 2006. Through pressurizing, the slurry material goes through the filtration medium, then the solid and liquid are separated in an efficient way. This press filter features automatic rectifying, filtration cloth automatic washing, user-friendly interface etc, and can achieve automatic control and real time monitoring. It runs fully automatically, eco-friendly with low consumption and high yield.
HWCB adopt digital and intelligent process system design that makes the whole filtration process fully automatically controlled through excellent man-machine interface. The full operation can be monitored dynamically and remotely. This series of press filter features vertical structure, small footprint, low infrastructure investment; it can help reduce workload induced by drying, fine filtration, washing and residue discharge etc, therefore the entire cost of the project is significantly low. It also applies fully concealed feeding, discharging and real-time cloth washing technologies. In this whole produce line, no manual operators attend which prevent themselves from exposing in the hazardous environment. The equipments ensure that the filtrate is completely in line with the environment protection regulations, less pollution, and higher recycling.

Food & Pharmaceuticals: HW developed food and pharmaceutical grade LZB vertical full-automatic plate and frame filter press on the basis of conventional equipment in 2013. The contact part between the equipment and materials is made of stainless steel, the rubber parts are made of food grade rubber, and the exposed part of the carbon steel frame is covered with stainless steel, which complies with the GMP industry standard and is widely used in filtering links of food additives, APIs, Chinese traditional medicine extraction and other materials. Given the high degree of automation, this equipment does not need manual intervention, which can effectively avoid material pollution and deterioration caused by improper manual operation, and reduce production risk for enterprises. Since it was introduced to the market in 2014, it has been put into use in many leading food and pharmaceutical enterprises in China.
Lithium Battery Materials: in recent years, due to the rapid development of the lithium battery industry, the requirements for the filtration of its raw materials are increasing. In 2016, HW jointly developed and launched a vertical plate and frame press filter and a special filter cloth for the raw materials with several domestic manufacturers of lithium battery. The requirements for the control of metal impurities in the production and filtration of raw materials are high, so the contact part between the equipment and materials is made of non-metallic materials, The rubber parts is made of metal additives, the rotating parts of equipment connections is isolated by non-metallic materials, and the pump valves is of special type to avoid metal impurities affecting the product quality.
Due to the small particle size of raw materials of Lidian, traditional filter cloth is very easy to filter through. HW has developed a special filter cloth. The interception effect and service life of this filter cloth have been greatly improved after the use of several domestic raw material manufacturers.
